Synopsis:

Ham radio aficionado John Upton (Marty Cook) discovers coded burst transmissions on his short wave and sets out to triangulate the location of the source. In the process he stumbles upon a major drug ring and fellow short wave enthusiast (Sabrina Chafee) held hostage in the basement. Upton and his dog Eddie attempt to rescue the hostage and break the drug ring.
